Today was a wonderful Saturday, normally I will lay on my bed until 8 or 9 morning. But today I can't do that because I have to attend my taekwondo class at 8 am. Do you know what is taekwondo? Actually, it is a kind of martial art, which can discipline ourself and make us healthy. Taekwondo was introduced by Korean since five thousand years ago. At past it was used for fighting and training the army. But nowadays, it is a kind of sport. Many peoples learn taekwondo to protect themselves and most important is through taekwondo our life will become healthier.
